Ever been to Vegas? I have been a few times and it’s awesome. I am not a crazy partier but I go just to marvel at the hotels, watch live shows, and eat lots of food. There are many things to do even if you’re low key like me. The Rock n Roll Marathon Series has a tour stop in Las Vegas and I knew I had to be a part of it. It is the only private event to shut down the famed Las Vegas strip.

On this massive running party, runners will get to run the #StripatNight, pass by live bands along the course, and dance the night away at the huge concert awaiting you at the finish line. Snoop Dogg was the headliner last year… I wonder who it’ll be this year. You could even get married at the Run Through Wedding. The Rock n Roll Marathon Series is also known for their super cool medals. Last year’s Vegas medal spun and glowed. How neat is that? I can’t wait to see what 2017’s race has in store because… well… I’ll be running the half marathon!

Coming soon, I will be doing a full preview for this highly anticipated race. If you’re excited and want to register, insider registrations are now open. Race weekend is on November 11-12, 2017 and you can sign up for either of these distances: 5K, 10K, Half Marathon, and Marathon. There’s a race party for everybody! You can even try to earn the Remix medal by running the 5K on Saturday and any distance on Sunday. More bling! Follow their social media accounts below to stay in the loop:

Time to Reminisce…

For now, I’d like to share with you some shots I took in Vegas the last time I was there in 2014. A lot has changed in 3 years, I’m sure, but it’s still nice to look back.
