I found this recipe on Instagram of all places. It was very easy and cheap to make! Perfect for a light snack if dinner isn’t ready yet… or even breakfast!
1 cup mix of chopped almonds/walnuts
1/2 cup shredded coconuts
4 tbsp honey
4 tbsp cocoa powder
2 tbsp coconut oil
Mix all in food processor. Form little balls. Put extra coconut shreds in a bowl and roll them in coconut shreds until coated. Refrigerate for about an hour and they are ready to eat!!
